After completing nutrition counseling sessions, full nutrition assessments and education we can then transition to monthly coaching sessions for the accountability you need to meet your goals. That may mean weekly check-ins, phone calls, emails, texts, journal reviews etc. We will tailor it to what you need most. A lot or a little, I'm here to help you along the way.
